Caramel Delights

Description

Just in time for Easter and all of your spring celebrations – come learn how to make a Classic Nuss Torte (combination of nut and caramel filling encased in a tart shell) as well as a simple chocolate toffee bar. Learning how to cook sugar down to a delicious caramel or toffee uses some of the same techniques and ingredients, but the differences will be explored and used to advantage during this class.  Please bring a container to take home some of these delightful treats to share with your family and friends – or keep them all to yourself!
