Description
Join us for this 3-night class to make and taste Indian curries, and then go on a “street food” tour where you’ll enjoy: Samosa, a fried or baked pastry with savory fillings; Bel Wada Pav, a vegetarian fast-food dish made with deep-fried mashed potatoes; and Chaat, popular street snacks that combine sweet, sour, spicy and salty flavors.
