Homemade Cinnamon Rolls

Description

Wow your guests at your next brunch with these delicious cinnamon rolls! We will be making two kinds of rolls – a yeast rise and a baking soda rise. You will learn the basic techniques of making a sweet yeasted dough – mixing, kneading, rolling, and shaping to make cinnamon rolls. The pecan sticky buns we will create will get it’s rise from baking soda – different techniques will be employed in the kneading and shaping. You will leave class with both types of rolls and a rich, creamy frosting so remember to please bring a container to take some home to enjoy.  Limit: 12
