Sweater Mittens

Description

An old sweater can be repurposed into mittens by cutting along the seams and cutting off the cuffs. Sew the pieces using a mitten pattern.  Line the sweater pieces with warm fleece and you have a personalized pair of mittens.  Required materials: old sweater with cuffs, sharp scissors, pins, matching thread and ¼ yard fleece or flannel to line the mittens (or $2 payable to the instructor the night of class if you need to buy fleece for lining).  Limit 12
