Project Keep at Franklin, Fuller & Symonds Elementary Schools

COVID19 SCHOOL CLOSURE NOTE:

For our current Project Keep Families…

I wanted to touch base regarding a few things regarding Project Keep and the current COVID-19 school closure.  As you know, our payment plan is prorated. So the payments made in February covered the number of days in March and March for April.  We will be looking at all payments made in February and crediting your account for future payments We have also suspended all auto-payments at this time until we know more about the extent of this closure and any checks received after March 4th have been put on hold in our office and will not be deposited until this closure is over.

If the closure extends beyond April 3rd, then the March payments made will also be used as a credit until the date of our return to school.  In the unforeseen event that the closure were to be extended for the remainder of the school year, we would refund those payments to you for all days paid-for but not attended.

My plan in the coming weeks will be to perform payment “audits”, if you will, but if you have any questions regarding your specific payments please feel free to contact me (email will be best).

I hope each of you, and your family members are safe and healthy during this trying time.

Sincerely,

Erin White

Program Assistant

Project Keep Surveys

Hello KEEPER Parents and Guardians!

I am writing to share surveys we would like to give to your children, our KEEPERS. One survey, labeled “primary,” is for children in grades K-2, and the other survey is for our upper elementary children in grades 3-5. These surveys are a part of our obligation as a member of MRAC (Monadnock Region Afterschool Collective) and as a recipient of a Monadnock United Way grant.

We are seeking your permission for your child to complete the appropriate level survey. Please review the surveys and sign the permission form if you feel comfortable having your child participate. The surveys can also be found to the right of this paragraph.

Thank you for completing the parent surveys – great response rate and suggestions! We will share results of all surveys with you.

Warm Regards,

Jan Barry, Director
