Project Keep at Franklin, Fuller & Symonds Elementary Schools

(updated 4/24/2020)

For our current Project Keep Families…

Refunds have been, and are continuing to be, processed for February and March payments made prior to the COVID19 school closure.  All refunds will be processed and mailed no later than Friday, May 1st (dependent on your method of payment).  If you have any questions regarding your specific payment or refund please contact Erin White at

Regarding 2020-21 Project Keep Registration…

Our registration process for next school year will be delayed past the usual May registration.  We are working to figure out the most practical way to register in a remote fashion due to the COVID19 school closure.  Please know we will again have a pre-registration period, of approximately one week, for our current Keep families prior to opening registration to all. Please check back in the coming weeks for updates or contact Jill Moore at to be added to an email alert list.

KEEP is open to students from all Keene elementary schools. Specializing in Fun & Growth After School.

Our “KEEPERS” in grades K-5 experience a safe, fun, enriching, and choice-filled environment from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM each school day.

Project Keep Surveys

Hello KEEPER Parents and Guardians!

I am writing to share surveys we would like to give to your children, our KEEPERS. One survey, labeled “primary,” is for children in grades K-2, and the other survey is for our upper elementary children in grades 3-5. These surveys are a part of our obligation as a member of MRAC (Monadnock Region Afterschool Collective) and as a recipient of a Monadnock United Way grant.

We are seeking your permission for your child to complete the appropriate level survey. Please review the surveys and sign the permission form if you feel comfortable having your child participate. The surveys can also be found to the right of this paragraph.

Thank you for completing the parent surveys – great response rate and suggestions! We will share results of all surveys with you.

Warm Regards,

Jan Barry, Director
